Philip has over two years of experience conducting Fair Housing Investigations. These investigations usually involve systemic analysis and reviews of policies and practices that may be in violation of the Fair Housing Act.

Subject areas include but are not limited to, reasonable accomodations for a disability, religious materials in common areas, lending discrimination, and appraisal practices.

While working as a legal intern at the Office of State’s Attorney for Baltimore City, Philip Worked with assistant district attorneys in representing the state on a variety of state criminal charges.

He interviewed potential witnesses, prepared trial exhibits, and drafted responses to discovery objections.

He also conducted legal research on a variety of different topics ranging from hot pursuit, witness impeachment, standing, and speedy trial.
