LA Prosecutor Suspended for ‘Misgendering,’ ‘Deadnaming’ Convicted Child Molester

Understanding Disability GRID Rules

James Tubbs, who claims to be “Hannah,” a transgender woman.

Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon has suspended the attorney who prosecuted the 26-year-old “transgender woman”, convicted of molesting a young child and now facing charges of murder, because he had “misgendered”, and “deadnamed”, the criminal.

James Tubbs molested a 10-year-old girl in a Denny’s bathroom on January 1, 2024. He was just two weeks from turning 18 years old. Tubbs, who was arrested in 2019 for a crime committed years earlier, conveniently started identifying as Hannah and was tried as an juvenile. According to the New York Post, “LA County District Attorney George Gascon refused to file a petition to move the case from juvenile court where it was filed due to Tubbs’s age at the time the offense.”

“Tubbs, who was arrested in Idaho on battery charges and whose DNA matched with a national database in 2019, was charged with the crime.” She [sic] plead guilty to the California charge of sexual assault in November.”

This man, who was 26 when he was arrested, molested a girl and was sentenced to two years in a female prison for juveniles — surrounded by possible victims. District Attorney Gascon and all media outlets reporting on this topic have allowed Tubbs, who molested a young girl, to game the system.

Shea Sanna was the lead prosecutor in Tubbs’s case. She saw this injustice and was immediately suspended after publicly criticizing the decision of allowing Tubbs to be placed in a female juvenile prison.

“I have recordings where he made up the name and he played the system. He also joked about it, including the date. I’ve heard him refer to himself as “a grown a** man.”

“It’s not like I was being transphobic, or malicious. I brought to their attention the fact that they had a convicted child-rapist who is trying to get into a juvenile facility by posing as a female and raping little girls,” said he. “Does anyone see a problem with this?”

Sanna was suspended by the District Attorney’s Office, despite the fact that there was no prosecutorial misconduct.

“I’ve heard that my attacker uses she/them pronouns,’ she said to Fox News. I think it’s unfair to also try him as a female, since he didn’t behave like a woman on January 1st 2014. ‘”

Fox News
Fox News Digital obtained recordings of Tubbs’s phone calls with his father in jail last year. They revealed his plan to “come-out” as trans after the District Attorney decided to prosecute him as a minor.

He joked about a light punishment, which is akin to a slap of the wrist. He also boasted that it would not be necessary for him to register as a sexual offender. Fox reports that Tubbs and her father “laughed” about the new name ‘Hannah’ in a phone call. ‘”

These recordings add clarity to a situation that was already clear: James Tubbs is a man and he knows how to take advantage of liberal gender ideology. Despite this, many “conservative news outlets” still respect the “preferred gender pronouns”, of a convicted child-rapist.

The victim, now an adult, told Fox News it was “unfair” to try him as both a man and a woman, since he didn’t act as such on January 1, 2014.
