AFFF Firefighting Foam Lawsuit

MORENO VALLEY (CA) — Felony charges will be filed Wednesday against a 55 year-old man suspected that he sexually assaulted a Moreno Valley girl. He also committed similar assaults in other places.

David Anthony Padilla was taken into custody and booked at the Smith Correctional Facility, Banning, on Friday for lewd acts against a minor. Padilla is currently being held on $500,000 bail.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department reported that detectives received information last Wednesday that the suspect had allegedly committed unspecified sexual acts on a child living in the 11000 block Hummingbird Place, near Swan Street in Moreno Valley.
